They have a 12min ab room and a 30min full body work out room that both have stop lights telling you when to start and stop. Pretty cool if you’re new to working out.

The gym is clean and neat and the staff is friendly. There is pelo intimidation. There are people of all ages. I have nothing but praise.
Bottom line this place is great for the average person who wants to stay in shape. AND it has great ammentities. The staff is super friendly and all the clients I have seen there are respectful.
